We want to Congratulate Sahir and the team from Other Services which made our days entertain with their daily activities and night show. Overall we had a great relaxing time starting with The Brazilian greater at the door, Roman at the front desk, German at the Pool, Eric at the Buffet and many others that I can’t recall their names but all were excellent. We had a great time at the pool as beach was covered with Sewed unfortunately. My family has a good tooth for Japanese here in Miami and we go quite often, so when we recommend is because is delicious.
Japanese Restaurant needs to revisit his menu or Chef as not quite tasty or great for Japanese. Buffet was very good with delicious tropical juices and variety of food for everyone. Krystal Restaurant was excellent, great atmosphere and food was delicious and just enough for a great dinner. Staff was consistently cleaning and making sure all guests were wearing mask at time of entering buffet. The Hotel was renovated last year and came out very beautiful and modern. You can get the Covid test at the hotel which it will be ask at the time of your departure in the airport.
The Palace Riviera Maya was excellent with a great staff always going the extra mile to provide a great service. Our first time in Playa del Carmen as we normally stay in Cancun.
